BIOGRAPHY
I received my BS degree of physics from Tsinghua University in 2017, and PhD degree of physics from Princeton University in 2022. My research as a PhD student focuses around the theoretical and numerical study of strongly interacting electrons and the topological electronic structures in the twisted graphene moire lattice systems. Therefore, I developed the interests in the interplay between the electron wave function topology, and the strong interaction between the electrons caused by the static electric force.
As a Rice Academy Fellow, I will study the physical properties of multiple types of quantum materials under the guidance of Prof. Qimiao Si at Department of Physics and Astronomy. Via these theoretical researches about quantum materials, including heavy fermion systems and twisted moire materials, we are able to gain better understanding of the collective behaviors of material science experiments, and also provide inspiration to find new functional materials.
